**CMXC Winter Series $5,000 Cash Prize Disclaimer**

**Eligibility**

This contest is open to individuals who are **18 years or older** or minors with written parental/guardian consent. Participants must be legal residents of United States. No employee, relative, or sponsored rider of Cub Mountain ATV, LLC is eligible for this drawing.

**Entry Requirements**

- **Qualifying Participation**: Racers must attend and compete in **at least 8 of the 10 events** to be eligible for the drawing.

- **Perfect Attendance Bonus**: Racers attending **all 10 events** receive **double entry** into the drawing.

**Prize Details**

- **Prize**: $5,000 cash prize awarded via random drawing.

- **Winner Selection**: One winner will be randomly selected from eligible entrants.

**Legal Compliance**

- **Void Where Prohibited**: This contest is void in jurisdictions where prohibited by law.
